Evening visit of St. Mark’s Basilica
A unique chance to embark on a privileged journey through one of the greatest historical and cultural This morning we board EOLO,the only still sailing “bragozzo”refitted to cruise the Venice Lagoon for a cruise towards the beautiful island of Lazzaretto Nuovo, located in front of Sant’Erasmo one of the lagoon’s biggest producer of fruit and vegetables.. The island used for the “quarantine” during Venetian age is an important testimoniance of the history of the lagoon dated pre romanic age .After the visit there will be the time to reach some hidden point of the lagoon for the lunch on board. As we return towards Venice for sunset, there will be time for a visit to the island of San Lazzaro degli Armeni and an aperitivo before disembark . We end our tour by sailing into the heart of Venice where we .will stay on the island of San Giorgio, opposite the Ducal Palace and St.Marks square, offering one of the most celebrated views of Venice
