SASA - Real Japanese restaurant in Sofia and Mr. Hiroaki Sasaguri.
The bamboo gem Sasa is a part of the Chefs’ Group restaurant chain situated on the highest floor of hotel “Hemus” in Sofia. The Chef, of course, is Japanese - Hiroaki Sasaguri who has worked in the luxury Nat Lert Park hotel in Thailand, where he prepared meals for the birthday of the King of Thailand and his guests - 25 royal families from all over the world. For six years he has been a Chef in the luxury ANA hotel chain in Sydney and Manila. Sasa offers traditional fish like salmon, tuna, marlin and fagri. The most recommended and healthy way of consumption is the raw eating. The Japanese people combine raw fish with rice bites - in Sasa sushi specialties are prepared in hundreds of versions. Pri Yafata Tavern
 Pri Yafata ("Yafa's Place") Tavern is located at authentic Bulgarian interior in a unique building in Sofia's downtown.
